equan1m1ty was founded in 2020 by Patrick Lloyd James

Patrick, an award winning TV/Film producer (BAFTA, Cannes Dolphin, EVCOM) has worked in TV/Media for over 20 years, starting off his career as TV sports researcher, producer, cameraman, editor and then spent his time moving through the ranks as a freelancer in production management working across most genres including live, studio entertainment, factual, factual entertainment, music, reality, documentary, sports, youth and branded advertising.

Previously to starting equan1m1ty, he was the Head of Production (live and non-live) for Red Bull Media Network (Salzburg, Austria) and more recently for Shell International, London. His vision, versatility and leadership qualities also enabled him to secure Head of Production/Senior Executive roles with Vice, Sky and BBC.

His tenure at Red Bull, Shell and Vice allowed him to look after the business from a commercial perspective as well as leading a huge ‘diverse’ production team of freelancers, staff & talent while ensuring the smooth running of all productions across the live, non-live and branded content slate.

Patrick and his team of leading production experts now support various production companies, social media agencies and freelancers on an on-going basis.
